112 Year Old, 5 Panel Hemlock Door

These doors were part of an interior update in a historic home. The doors were originally shellacked, followed by years of oil and latex paint applications. Through IndyCons proprietary process, we were able to achieve clean, bright and fully restored doors.

Cedar Screen & Entry

This project involved a complete update of the home (60's era cedar sided), and the restoration of the entire custom made cedar door package. Through a proprietary process, IndyCon was able to completely restore the doors to a "blonde, natural " finish. It pairs nicely with the "Lamp Black" exterior stain.

Historic Stair Update

This project involved a full interior update on a 134 year old historic mansion. The exterior would be repainted the following year. Here, the old handrail and start tread/riser system was scrapped in favor of a Brazilian Cherry system, with painted risers and skirts. The floor and rails all are Brazilian with natural oils, while the the spindle's, and the rest of the millwork being finished in an enamel.
